Yoshimura adjustable cam sprockets
Head gasket (0.50mm)
OEM Suzuki gasket /seal set:
Complete OEM gasket kit, main and rod bearing set, valve guide seals, oil filter.
If additional OEM components are necessary, they will be invoiced at retail prices.
Description of labor services for Stage 1:
Decarbon combustion chamber, intake and exhaust ports, and valve job.
Confirm valve spring tension, and condition of associated components prior to reassembly.
Machine head gasket surface:
Mill head gasket surface to optimize compression ratio. (for classification).
Top End Assembly:
Confirm piston / squish tolerances.
Set valve lash.
Confirm intake and exhaust camshaft timing.
Confirm valve to piston tolerances.
Blue Print Bottom End:
Disassembly of crankshaft and rods, re-size main and rod bearings.
Inspection of transmission, and shift mechanism.
Clutch assembly inspection.
Oil and water pump inspection.
Inspect cam chain tensioning devices.
Inspect condition of piston / ring/ and wrist pin. Confirm piston / cylinder clearances

Stage 2 Porting:
Blend valve seats to cylinder head, intake manifold blending , light port shaping, valve job.
Confirm valve spring tension, and condition of associated components prior to reassembly.

As per stage 1 kit

JE custom piston kit (+2mm)
REM processing on rods
Crankshaft polish / balance
Cylinder block bore and re-plate
Stage 3 Porting:
Full port / polish. Reshape both intake and exhaust port to optimize performance.
Reshaping of combustion chamber. Valve job.
Confirm valve spring tension, and condition of associated components prior to reassembly.
